Lambert-Pearcy recognizes that executives in the non-profit world are engaged with their organizations and committed to accomplishing the mission of the organization.  However, they may be struggling.  In some cases this is a newer executive who requires values clarification, direction, mentoring and support.  In some cases it is the seasoned executive who has been ground down by the difficulties of the job.  In these cases they need a different form of values clarification and re-engagement with their organization’s mission.  This is accomplished through a managed process addressing the following areas:
